  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds or sabza ke daaney
  • A cup of water

  • Soak the chia seeds or sabza ke daaney in the water and let it stay soaked for about one hour.

  • You can have it first thing in the morning, in which case you can also leave it soaked in water overnight.
